    Upon your arrival, a representative from Adventure Treks Nepal will be waiting outside the airport gates to take you to the hotel.     Today you will be exploring two of the royal palaces which were built between 12th and 18th centuries. Your guide will pick you up at the hotel and start the day by taking you to Swayambhunath Temple, also commonly known as Monkey Temple. From the top of this stupa, you will have a great view of the valley.

    Followed by a tour of Kathmandu and Patan Durbar square, two royal palaces which were built between 12th and 18th century. These Durbar squares reflect the history of Nepal along with monuments that reflect the ancient architecture. Patan has a long Buddhist History and the four corners of the city are marked by Stupas erected by the great Buddhist emperor Ashoka around 250 BCE.Visit Patan City second largest city of valley including Royal Palace, Bhimsen temple, Manga Hiti, King Yogaendra Malla’s Statue, Krishna temple, Taleju temple, 15th century Golden Temple and Mahaboudha Temple known as temple of 10,000 Buddha, Kumbeshwar Temple. Bishwakarma Temple, Uma Maheshwar Temple.

    Your Guide will pick you up at the hotel after your breakfast and lead you towards historic and religious sites of Bouddhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. These are pilgrimage sites of people following Hinduism and Buddhism and you will learn a great deal about these religions.

    After completing the tour, you will leave the hustling valley of Kathmandu and head 35 km east to Nagarkot, a scenic hill station offering 200 miles panoramic views of the Himalayas. The evening is at leisure. The sunset view from Nagarkot is truly outstanding and we recommend you to witness it.

    Today your day begins by catching glorious sunrises above the towering peaks. Followed by breakfast, our plan today is to visit another ancient palace of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur, also known as the city of Devotees and center of medieval art and architecture founded by King Anand Dev in 889 AD, visits Nyatapola temple, the most beautiful temple of Nepal, the 15th century palace of 55 windows, Golden gate and other places of Interest. You will be dropped to your hotel during the day.

    After breakfast in Kathmandu, we leave for Chitwan in order to experience jungle activities. The drive offers some of the great vistas of surrounding hills and follows Trishuli River. A briefing session will be conducted once you arrive at the hotel followed by Lunch. In the evening we take a walk with our local guide around Tharu village where you will learn about the ethnic Tharu people of this area. Return back to the hotel for dinner. In the night time at 8 o clock we will drive you to the Tharu Stick dance show.

    OPTION: You can do rafting in the Trishuli River if the group has more than 4 people.

    This will be a busy day for you as you have many activities waiting for you. First event of the day is Canoeing in Budi Rapti River. Then a short walk to the elephant breeding center before returning back to the hotel for Lunch. On the day, you have the option to do either Jungle safari or elephant safari. If you want to do both, you have to mention that to our team beforehand. After the safari you have free time. A walk down to the river bank would be a good idea this evening.

    Early morning bird watching session will be conducted where you take a walk in the forest with our Guide. After that we return back to the hotel for breakfast and leave for Lumbini.     Our Journey heads in the direction of Tansen, Palpa which is a big Nepali town with great views of the himalayas and friendly locals. This region is still unspoiled and receives very few tourists each year. Set at 1,400 meters on the southern side of the Mahabharat range in south central Nepal, it's an ideal hill station, with a marvellously fresh climate. Tansen is a bright Himalayan Town. Over here we can enjoy Dhaulagiri in the west and Gauri Shanker in the north east. Then we will return to the hotel.

    Today we will be heading to the most beautiful city of Nepal, Pokhara. Sitting on the lap of Annapurna and Machhapuchre Himalayan range, this city is very beautiful with great historical and religious values. We arrived in the afternoon. Rest of the day free for your personal activities.

    Today's plan is to explore this beautiful city, Pokhara. Early in the morning you will be taken to Sarangkot, a nearby hill which is popular for breathtaking sunrise views with Pokhara and dazzling mountains in the background. Return back to Hotel for breakfast. Followed by sightseeing Tour around David's fall, Tibetan Camp, Gorkha Museum and Bindhyabasini Temple. In the evening, you have free time. Explore around the lakeside area.

    Accommodation: There are many options for your stay in Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini and Bandipur. We offer both budget as well as luxury hotels as per our clients wish to make their stay as comfortable as possible. You can choose your choice of hotel during the booking procedures.     Transportation: Depending on group size, size of transportation will be different. However, all these vehicles will be Tourist standard with good air conditioning. All the road transportation throughout the trip will be done with a private vehicle just for our group.

    Meals: Breakfast is already included in the cost whereas Lunch and dinner is not (except in Chitwan) and you may visit different restaurants in the city. Do not forget to try Local Nepali and Newari cuisine while you are on a sightseeing tour. Your guide will take you to the best local food spots for wonderful dishes. Dal Bhat is a very popular main course dish which is commonly consumed by Nepali citizens. Momo is another popular and loved snack in Nepal which is also a must try.

    Swayambhunath: Popular as "Monkey Temple" amongst travelers, this temple is located on top of the hill and has both Hindu and Buddhist shrines around its premise. Another World Heritage Site offering a great 360 degree view of Kathmandu valley from the top.
     
    Kathmandu Durbar Square: Historically important Royal Palace of Kathmandu built in 16th century while Malla King was ruling Kathmandu Valley. Inside the premises of this durbar square you will visit many temples dedicated to Hindu God and Goddess. Also visit the living Goddess, Kumari.
     
    Patan Durbar Square: Reflecting ancient Newari architecture, Patan Durbar Square is another Royal Palace with cultural and historical richness. It is one of the oldest Buddhist cities of Nepal as well. Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen Temple, Taleju Bhawani Temple, Vishwanath Temple are some of the major temples inside Patan Durbar Square.
     
    Chitwan National Park: Being the first National Park of Nepal, Chitwan attracts many tourists because of its wildlife activities along with diverse flora and fauna. There are many activities such as village walk, Tharu cultural Dance Show, Elephant breeding center visit, Jungle safari, Bird watching and many other activities which you can experience in Chitwan National Park.
     
    Bindhyabasini Temple: It is one of the oldest temples of Pokhara city which was established around the 1760s and is dedicated to Goddess Bindhyabasini, incarnation of Kali. The temple has a view of the surrounding valley with Annapurna Range towering behind.
     
    Sarangkot: A popular spot for sunrise and sunset at an elevation of 1,600 meters above sea level. A 30 min drive from Pokhara will leave you with nothing but great scenery of the surrounding city and gigantic Himalayas including Annapurna I (8,091m), Fishtail (6,993m and many more. A perfect view point to have a panoramic view of mountains.
     
    Pashupatinath Temple: This Hindu temple is located alongside Bagmati River and is dedicated to Pashupati, a form of Shiva. Regarded as one of the holiest Hindu temples, this religious site's existence has been recorded as early as 400 CE.
     
    Bouddhanath Stupa: Believed to entomb remains of Kassapa Buddha, this stupa is the largest stupa in Nepal and receives many Buddhist people in order to worship this stupa. Listed as a World Heritage Site in 1979 AD by UNESCO, Bouddhanath Stupa showcases deep belief in Buddhism.
     
    Nagarkot: Situated out of the Kathmandu Valley, Nagarkot is an ideal destination for people who want to have a peak at the Himalayas of Nepal. This small village offers miles long panoramic views of the Himalayas including some of the 8000ers.
     
    Lumbini: Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha. It is also a Buddhist pilgrimage site and it is believed Queen Maya Devi gave birth to Siddhartha Gautam in this area around 623 BCE. There are many Buddhist temples in the region.
     
    Tansen, Palpa: With a great history of the Magar community, this town in Palpa district reflects the outstanding tradition and culture of Magar people. The views of surrounding villages and hills are unspoiled and untouched by modernization. This region is also popular with Dhaka, a fabric which is locally produced.

    Bandipur: Ancient Newari Town which was once a major trading centre and still has ancient traditional architecture well preserved by the locals. Bandipur is now a very popular hill station which offers panoramic Mountain View of Annapurna, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal ranges.
