Nar Phu Valley Trekking

Nar Phu Valley Trekking is a fantastic journey in a wild and unexplored area located north of Annapurna. This trek is perfect for travelers who want to discover the Annapurna circuit as well as explore an untouched valley. A rough and wild trek, takes you to the exotic Nar Phu valley that lies in the remote corner of the Annapurna region. Opened to visitors only in the year 2003, the Nar Phu valley remains untouched by modernity. The inhabitants, who roughly comprises of about 350 Nepalese Tibetans, have retained their age-old practices. Most of them are engaged in yak herding and farming.

The trek that covers major portion of the trials of famous Annapurna Circuit Trek also offers fantastic views of the Annapurna massif, Lamjung Himal, Machhapuchhre Himal, Manaslu Himal, Dhaulagiri range and Tilicho peak. As the trekking route is frequented by few trekkers, you can look ahead for a ‘just the mountains, & us’ experience.

Nar Phu Valley trek offers fantastic views of the Kang Guru 6,701m, Nemjung 7,140m, Himlung 7,126m, Cheo Himal 6,812m, Chhubche 5,603m, Pokharkan 6,347m, Amotson 6,392m. Annapurna 2 - 7,937m, Annapurna 3- 7,553m, Annapurna 4- 7,525m, Gangapurna 7,485m, Chulu East 6,558m, West 6,420m, Thorong Peak (Khatung Kang) 6484m, Yakawa Kang 6,482m, Putrung Himal 6,465m, Dhaulagiri 8,167m, Tukche peak 6,920m, Thapa Peak 6,013m, Dhampus peak 5,951m, Tilicho Himal 7,134m, Nilgiri South 7,061m. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu [1,338m] Transfer to the Hotel.
