Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu - [1,338 m]: Upon your arrival, a representative from Adventure Treks Nepal will be waiting outside the airport gates to take you to the hotel. Depending on time of arrival, plans will be made for a briefing meeting once you have settled in. (Car).
Day 03: Fly to Pokhara [970 m] - (B): After breakfast in the Hotel we transfer to the domestic airport then we take flight to Pokhara (about 25 M), the beautiful lake city and catch great views of the Himalayas from the right side of our airplane. After landing in the Pokhara airport we drive to the Hotel, rest of the days is leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 03: Drive to Phedi / Trek To Tolka [1,645 m] (B,L,D): After breakfast (in your Hotel) at The Hotel we pick up and head for our trekking of the Base camp. We start our trek by driving a short distance to Phedi (18km). We climb steeply to the ridge at Dhampus at 1,650m. Passing through a rhododendron forest we move forward to the village of Pothana , from here we reach to the small settlement of Deurali. Making a steep descent on forested slopes and then into a side canyon of the Modi Khola, passing through the settlement of Bheri Kharka, we then climb gently and emerge into the main Modi Khola valley, and finally reach to Tolka where we are going to spend night. (Drive 30 Minute and walking hours 5-6 hours). (Car+Trek).
Day 04: Tolka Trek to Chhomrong [2,170 m] (B,L,D): To continue with our trek after breakfast we start moving ahead from Tolka to Landruk, a Gurung village. Ten minutes below the Landruk village, the trail to the sanctuary leads away to the right which shows the sign pointing the way north to Chhomrong. We cross the river at Shiuli at 1,340m before climbing the Jhinu Danda at 1,750m (Natural hot spring 20 minute from jhinu). We reach Taglung at 2,180m. After a short distance from Taglung, the trail rounds a bend and enters the upper part of Chhomrong, a gurung village, (one of the major ethnic groups of Nepal) where we spend the night. Chhromrong is a large village that is spread along a huge stone staircase, which drops to the Chhromrong Khola. . (Walking hours 5-6 hours). (Trek).
Day 05: Chhomrong Trek to Dovan [2,610 m] - (B,L,D): Leaving Chhomrong after Breakfast the trail descends to cross the Chhomrong Khola on a suspension bridge, then climbs high above the Modi Khola on it's west bank. The trail then ascends through the villages of Tilche and Sinuwa and finally reaches Kuldi at 2,350m. From here the trail descends a long, steep stone staircase into bamboo and rhododendron forests and eventually we reach the small settlement of Bamboo Lodge at 2,340m. After lunch at bamboo The trail continues along the west bank of the Modi Khola valley through dense bamboo forest, occasionally dropping to cross tributary streams, but ascending continuously, and reaches the settlement of Doban at 2,670 where there are several lodges. We are going to stay overnight at Dovan (If time and your Legs permitted you may continue to Himalaya Hotel or Deurali). (Walking time 5-7 hours). (Trek).
Day 06: Dovan Trek to Deurali [3,200 m] - (B,L,D): After breakfast, we have a steady ascent of about three to four hours from Doban to Deurali. The bushy forest is home to troops of Langur Monkeys and it is likely you will have plenty of closes up views of these playful primates. Once we reach Deurali, the forest disappears and the valley opens up, with the mountains now appearing very close by. Deurali is at the foot of the Modi Himal and Machhapuchhare, one of the most famous mountains in the Himalayas. (Walking time 3-4 hours). (Trek).
Day 07: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp [4,130 m] via Machhapuchhre Base Camp [3,700 m] - (B,L,D): Climb gently through a river bed then over a steep trail over to the mountain side. The hike from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. From Machhapuchhre base camp we get excellent views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli and Gangapurna which is certainly a rewarding experience. The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. From here, we get sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us. The sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding the 360-degree panorama. From the base camp we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Walking hour 5-6 hours. (Trek).
Day 08: Annapurna Base Camp to Simuwa [2,340 m] - (B,L,D): From the Sanctuary (Base Camp) we initially retrace our steps, and descend to Deurali, through Himalayan Hotel, and eventually to Doban where we will have a lunch. We cover the ground a lot quicker on the way down taking advantage of our acclimatization and the reducing altitude. After Lunch we will be continue to Sinuwa where we spend night. Walking hour 8-9 hours. (Trek).
Day 09: Sinuwa to Tadapani [2,675 m] - (B,L,D): After breakfast at our Tea House we start our Trekking to Tadapani. A Small Gurung Village. We initially walk west on the trail that leads to Tadapani. We cross the Khumnu Khola and then ascend steeply to a collection of tea-houses Ghurjung/Siprung and Chule where we will have a Lunch. After Lunch we will be continue to Tadapani through the beautiful Rododendren Forest.
Tadapani is a small village surrounded by beautiful forests which grants you magnificent views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail, Annapurna II, etc. Walking hour 5-6 hours. (Trek).
Day 10: Tadapani to Ghorepani [2,810 m] - (B,L,D): Continue our way down and up along the trail making sure we are always on the inside of the path when passing through the narrow but natural beauty trail pass. Occasional views of the peaks give way to a narrower valley; we pass through Rhododendron forest and eventually reach Ghorepani. When we get in Ghorepani we will be around the mountain views and the beautiful village, and dream for next day's view of sunrise from Poonhill. If we are up early enough to walk half an hour up to Poon Hill we get to see the sunrise and the spectacular views of Machapuchhre, the Annapurna South, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. En route, you frequently see waterfalls, rocks, wild animals, local birds and lush greeneries. Ghorepani literally means "horse water" and is a welcome watering spot for the teams of mules, which ply the route between Pokhara and Jomsom. Walking hour 5-6 hours. (Trek).
Day 11: (Sunrise trip to Punhill) Trek to Trikhedunga [1,545 m] - (B,L,D): During the night, your guide will check for clear weather to make the one-hour climb up to the Poonhill viewpoint at 3,210m. It's usually misty when you start off and arrive, then at sunrise the clouds part to reveal one of the most majestic sunrises in the world; Machapuchhre, Annapurna South, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri Mountain are all viewable from here. We then head back to Ghorepani for breakfast before trekking down to Trikhedhunga.
After breakfast we start walking down to Trikhedunga. This is Another part of excitement is passing through colorful villages inhabited by different ethnic groups who being so different from each other still lives in close harmony. This gives plenty of opportunity to understand their culture and way of life. One the way down we pass the Village called Banthanti & Nangethanti. Trikhedunga is a tiny village for an overnight where you have another chance to mix with Nepalese people. Walking hour 5-6 hours. (Trek).
Day 12: Trikhedhunga to Pokhara via Nayapul. [970 m] - (B,L): Another change in the landscape, today you walk mostly along the bank of Bhurungdi River where you have chance to cross suspension bridge which adds your excitement more. We follow the theory what goes up must come down, that is today's walk. After a nice walk passing through villages you get to Nayapul (literally means New Bridge). Then we drive to Pokhara [970 m] and drop to your Hotel. Walking hour 3-4 hours (Drive 1:30 to 02 hours). (Trek+Car).
Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu [1,330 m] - (B): After breakfast in Pokhara, we have a mountain flight to Kathmandu; it is a thrilling exciting flight over forests, fields and villages with the Himalayas at the background. On arrival, we transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. (Car+Flight+Car).
Day 14: Departure - (B): Trip ends! Fly back home, taking with you the memory of a life time. (Car).
